Any human being, from any race, ethnicity and background can become a citizen of a Western New Magna Carta Mediumcountry if they want, provided that they share Western values, respect the native culture and identity, respect democracy and the rule of law, and accept the rights and freedoms of others. Those who reject Western values – who disrespect or seek to replace the native culture and identity, who reject or seek to overthrow democracy and the rule of law, who seek to dominate others with their religious or political views, or who want to enjoy rights and freedoms themselves while denying them to others – have no place in Western Civilization
