8.7 Carefully select new citizens

For our nations to be as successful as possible, we should actively seek new citizens, drawing New Magna Carta Mediumupon talent from all over the world. We should select new citizens for their entrepreneurialism, energy, success, wealth and skills. We should select for those who most sincerely and strongly desire to become a member of our nation. The selection criteria must be democratically accountable, explicit, fair and subject to the rule of law. We should exclude criminals, freeloaders, religious supremacists and those whose primary loyalty remains elsewhere. Those who come as colonialists or who seek the overthrow of democracy or the rule of law must be excluded.
